Before Arrival

Once your appointment is booked, you’ll receive your confirmation details along with your service time, package selection, and any prep notes for the day of service.

Please remove valuables, weapons, and sensitive documents before service.
For mobile appointments, vehicle access and enough surrounding space should be available.
Excessive pet hair, mold, bodily fluids, or biohazards may require approval before service begins.

During Service

Your vehicle is reviewed at arrival so the selected package matches its condition. Service timing may vary depending on size, buildup, weather, and any approved add-ons.

Booking + Payment Policy

Appointments may require a deposit to reserve your time slot, and final pricing is confirmed based on your vehicle’s size, condition, and approved add-ons.

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

Condition + Results Disclaimer

Rescheduling + Cancellation

To keep the schedule running smoothly, we ask that changes be made with reasonable notice so appointment times can be reopened for other clients.

Appointments should be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance when possible.
Late cancellations may forfeit the booking deposit.
No-shows or inaccessible vehicles may be charged a service inconvenience fee.
